Step Ups

  1. Use a platform or bench roughly knee high
  2. Hold weight in arm opposite of working leg (Or hold weigh in both hands) and press thru your foot until you can stand on the platform
  3. Slowly drop your non-working leg and repeat.

 

Tips:

    • This will also work your core quite a bit if you are holding weight unilaterally
      • Remember to keep your body upright and do not lean side to side
