Cable High Pulls

  • Position cable machine on lowest it will go and attach the handle attachment
  • Neutral stance
  • Pull upwards and externally rotate your hand as far back as it will go

Tips: 

  • Don’t do heavy weight on this (best to do 6+ rep ranges). This will work the back of your shoulder and rotator cuff muscles which are small. If you use heavy weight, bigger muscles will overcompensate and defeat the purpose of this exercise.
