This is a tough one and can be performed a couple different ways:
- The closer your feet are to the TRX bands, the harder it will be
- The further your feet are away from the TRX, the easier it will be
- Grip handles with neutral grip
- Keep your body straight and let it slowly fall backwards
- Pull the handles away from each other like you are doing a reverse hug and pull yourself back on your feet.
Tips:
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together and really pull as far as you can. You should feel this on back of your shoulders and mid to upper back.
