Dips

If you can not do at least a few full dips un-assisted, use the supported machine that will give you a boost under your knees.

  1. Lean slightly forward go down until your elbows form a 90 degree angle and press up
  2. Think about squeezing your chest together as you press up

 

Tips:

  • The more you lean forward the more this will target your chest
  • The more vertical you are, the more this will target your triceps/arms
