TRX Rear Delt Flies

This is a tough one and can be performed a couple different ways:

  • The closer your feet are to the TRX bands, the harder it will be
  • The further your feet are away from the TRX, the easier it will be
  1. Grip handles with neutral grip
  2. Keep your body straight and let it slowly fall backwards
  3. Pull the handles away from each other like you are doing a reverse hug and pull yourself back on your feet.

Tips:

  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together and really pull as far as you can. You should feel this on back of your shoulders and mid to upper back.
