Lat Pull Downs (machine)

  1. Grip bar slightly outside shoulder width
  2. Make sure your legs are secure under the knee pad and adjust as needed
  3. Tilt your body back slightly so your chest is pointed slightly up towards the ceiling
  4. Pull down until the bar contacts or nearly contacts the middle of your chest

 

Tips:

  • Think about pulling your elbows to your hips — this will better help you engage/contract your lat
