Cable Fly Downs

  1. Position the cable attachments the highest they will go on the machine
  2. Take a step forward into a staggered or neutral stance
  3. Slowly release cables backwards until you feel a slight stretch on your chest
  4. Push forward and down & really Squeeze your chest together (this is key)

Tips:

  • If in staggered stance switch legs each set to avoid any muscular imbalances.
