Absolutely! Each exercise can be modified to your personal needs, switched out for a different exercise or omitted if it is what you prefer! All our recipes are also modifiable to fit your specific dietary needs!
Each workout takes around 45 minutes! This can vary a little depending on how long you prefer to warm up each day. I really try to focus on heavy weight, low rep with a few minute break in between sets!
